2-year manufacturer coverage on all products — handled by the same team who sold it to you.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for three years from delivery. This includes failures of drivers, structural components, and finishes under normal residential use.
What is not covered
Incorrect installation, surges, water ingress, modification, or commercial over-use outside product rating are excluded. Lamps and consumables are covered only for DOA (dead on arrival).
Making a claim
Email photos, order number, and a short description. We will arrange repair, replacement, or parts within a few business days for approved claims.
How long is the Nova Lighting warranty?
All products include three years of coverage for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, from the date of delivery.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Incorrect installation, electrical surges, water ingress, modification, or commercial over-use outside the product rating are excluded. Lamps are covered for dead-on-arrival only after that.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email photos, your order number, and a short description to hello@novalighting.com.au. Approved claims are resolved with repair, replacement, or parts within a few business days.
Who handles warranty support?
The same Melbourne team who sold the order handles warranty — not a third-party ticket queue. Attach your order confirmation if available.
Does warranty cover dimmer compatibility issues?
Compatibility is confirmed on product pages before purchase. Installation-related flicker from mismatched dimmers or loads is an installation matter — contact the studio for specification help before ordering.
